Ergonomic is the major cause of stress among employees and this has set to become a vital factor that contributes to stress among employee especially in the aviation industry. However, creating awareness regarding ergonomic and occupational stress can help the organization to minimize and control the impact that it may bring to their employees and the organization cost. This research examines the ergonomic factors such as body postures, health, work area design, working chair, humidity, lighting, working hours toward stress outcomes among the airport staff.
