Add to ORKGPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan atlet Shorinji Kempo Pengprov Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Bank Sumatera Utara, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah dewan yang ada di pengprov Sumatera Utara. Hasil Manajemen atlet Shorinji Kempo di Sumatera Utara menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan atlet shorinji kempo di Sumatera Utara sangat baik dan berkesinambungan di semua usia, dari usia dini hingga usia prestasi
