Aleación constitutiva estructurada, un tipo de entrenamiento para la condición física en el fútbol.

There are substantial differences between one type of methodology or another of training, mainly due to the way of planning and imparting the contents, the tasks and the control of its effectiveness. In Cuba, due to the characteristics of the competitive system and the participation regime, it is difficult to achieve a multistructural and harmonious development of soccer players using only methods that respond to one methodology or another independently. This article aims to present Structured Constitutive Alloy training as a training alternative for the development of physical condition in soccer players. This type of training is the result of studies carried out by sports professionals of the characteristics and needs of Cuban soccer and the existing methodologies in the world of soccer to advance in the development and maintenance of the physical condition of soccer players. For the investigation, methods are used, such as analysis-synthesis, logical historical, inductive-deductive and document analysis. The results show the advantages of Structured Constitutive Alloy training as a type of training that adjusts to the characteristics of the General Identity Game Model of the province, to the preparation for competition, as well as to the game system with its respective model and tactical drawings; it also adjusts to the individual characteristics of the footballers, their position and function within the system and the game model.Existen diferencias sustanciales entre un tipo de metodología u otra de entrenamiento, debido fundamentalmente a la manera de planificar e impartir los contenidos, las tareas y el control de la efectividad de la misma. En Cuba por las características del sistema competitivo y el régimen de participación, resulta complejo alcanzar un desarrollo multiestructural y armónico de los futbolistas con la utilización únicamente de métodos que respondan a una metodología u otra de forma independiente. Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar al entrenamiento de Aleación Constitutiva Estructurada como alternativa de entrenamiento para el desarrollo de la condición física en los futbolistas. Este tipo de entrenamiento es el resultado de estudios realizados por profesionales del deporte de las características y necesidades del fútbol cubano y las metodologías existentes en el mundo del fútbol para avanzar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de la condición física de los futbolistas. Para la investigación se utilizan fundamentalmente métodos, como análisis-síntesis, histórico lógico, inductivo-deductivo y análisis de documento. Los resultados muestran las ventajas del entrenamiento de Aleación Constitutiva Estructurada como un tipo de entrenamiento que se ajusta a las características del Modelo General de Juego Identitario de la provincia, a la preparación para la competencia, así como al sistema de juego con su respectivo modelo y dibujos tácticos; se ajusta además a las características individuales de los futbolistas, su posición y función dentro del sistema y el modelo de juego
