We first show how informatics and the Internet transform writing: code and media are now separate, text extends to computer programs, sounds and images. Lists, figures and hypertext are easier to realize, but dealing with the tools of this extended writing needs new knowledges, which also contribute to our intellectual abilities.These interactions between media, signs and psyche are not new.
