ABSTRACTThe general goal of human resource management is to optimize the productivity of all jobs in an organization. In this case, productivity is defined as the production (output) of a company (goods and services) against the entry (human, capital, materials, energy). Human resources are an existing mandate that must be managed properly and become a responsibility in the hereafter. To get good human resource management, it must be guided by sharia by referring to the Qur'an.
