In the 2000s, in the state of Parana, research has pointed out a fragmentation in continuing training courses, contributing to the establishment of the Educational Development Program (EDP). We problematize the limits and possibilities of EDP in the continuing education of teacher educators, Regional Units of Education of Dois Vizinhos, Francisco Beltrao, and Pato Branco cities. This paper presents results achieved by a study conducted in the Graduation Program in Education of Unioeste, in Francisco Beltrao.
