Throughout the history of teaching and, specifically, the teaching of mathematics, reforms have taken place aimed at teaching methodologies and procedures. The internationalization movements in the teaching of the subject generated several discussions, and, over time, methodologies, known as Trends in Mathematical Education, were developed in undergraduate and graduate courses.
