This text proposes the incorporation of themes related to human rights in mathematics classes. The research seeks to promote reflections of social situations related to these rights and, at the same time, to associate them with a mathematical activity. It aims to develop training processes for teachers of public schools and graduates in mathematics. It is given a focus on the critical-historical perspectives and critical mathematics, characterizing itself as an action research.
