GERIR E SER GERIDO: ANÁLISE DO PROCESSO DE TRABALHO DOS GESTORES NA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA

The study analyzed the work process of the managers of the family health strategy. This is an exploratory-descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, carried out through semi-structured interviews with seven managers. It was found that the daily work process of managers is marked by the absence of autonomy and alienation within the complex organization of the secretariat. A job that locates its function between considering the team's wishes and interests and maintaining control and discipline. This challenge can be crossed by the flexibility and freedom of creation, in the direction of being protagonists of their own practices to manage and generate health.O estudo analisou o processo de trabalho dos gerentes locais da ESF. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória-descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com sete gerentes. Constatou-se que o cotidiano do processo de trabalho dos gerentes é marcado pela ausência de autonomia e alienação dentro da complexa organização da secretaria. Um trabalho que localiza sua função entre considerar os desejos e interesses da equipe e a manutenção do controle e a disciplina. Esse desafio pode ser atravessado pela flexibilidade e liberdade de criação, na direção de serem protagonistas de suas próprias práticas para gerir e gerar saúde
