Atuação do Sintsprev-MG frente aos direitos dos assistentes sociais do INSS

This dissertation has as its object the working relationship of social workers with their employer Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social - INSS and the political response of Sintsprev-MG Regional Zona da Mata, in the perspective of their class insertion, in this relationship. To this end, it recovers the trajectory of societal transformations and in the world of work, under the aegis of neoliberalism, which have occurred since 1970 in the international field with significant impacts in Brazil, which started to be directed by international organizations, highlighting the International Monetary Fund - IMF, taking on devastating features such as the privatization of profitable state-owned companies, a defamatory campaign against the service and the public servant, and the retreat of the role of the State in relation to services offered to the population, assuming the role of the Minimum State. Analysis of the State's counter-reforms, highlighting that of Social Security, as it is the policy that aggregates the INSS and its workers. Decipher the relationship between social workers and the INSS in the field that circumscribes professional intervention and then the relationship established with the union, in the perspective of political-union responses to the demands presented by professionals in the performance of their activities. It portrays the political organization of unions in Brazil, with emphasis on the reflection of the union of social workers. A survey with social workers from INSS, from Zona da Mata Mineira was carried out through semi-structured interviews applied to 05 professionals who sought interaction around theory and practice, causing a critical view of the totality, in addition to apprehending the constitutive dimensions of the three subjects that interrelate in the professional and political exercise.Esta dissertação tem por objeto a relação de trabalho dos assistentes sociais com seu empregador Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social - INSS e a resposta política do Sintsprev-MG Regional Zona da Mata, na perspectiva de sua inserção de classe, nessa relação. Para isso, recupera a trajetória das transformações societais e no mundo do trabalho, sob a égide do neoliberalismo, que ocorrem, a partir de 1970, no campo internacional, com impactos significativos no Brasil, que passou a ser direcionado por organismos internacionais, destacando o Fundo Monetário Internacional – FMI, assumindo feições devastadoras, como a privatização de estatais rentáveis, campanha difamatória contra o serviço e o servidor público e recuo do papel do Estado frente aos serviços oferecidos à população, assumindo o papel de Estado Mínimo. Analisa as contrarreformas do Estado, destacando a da Previdência, por ser a política que agrega o INSS e seus trabalhadores. Decifra a relação entre os/as assistentes sociais e o INSS no campo que se circunscreve a intervenção profissional e, em seguida, a relação estabelecida com o sindicato, na perspectiva de respostas político-sindicais frente às demandas apresentadas pelos/as profissionais, no desempenhar das suas atividades. Retrata a organização política dos sindicatos no Brasil, com destaque para reflexão do Sindicato dos Assistentes Sociais. Apresenta um levantamento realizado aos assistentes sociais do INSS, lotados na Zona da Mata Mineira, aplicado por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas a cinco profissionais, buscando a interação em torno da teoria e prática, provocando uma visão crítica da totalidade, além de apreender as dimensões constitutivas dos três sujeitos que se inter-relacionam no exercício profissional e político
