Workplace deviance is an act of behaviour that against the organisational norm and well-being of the organisation and its member or both. Workplace deviance not only exist in the hotel industry but also in various industries including in the hotel industry Therefore, this research looked into the perspective of deviant behaviour in the hotel industry.
