This paper presents the design, implementation and evaluation of a kindergarten based prevention on childhood obesity among preschool children. The prevention applies motivational game-based learning and behaviour change theories during design. Preschool children are the main target group for this study because preschool childhood obesity has been found correlated to obesity in later years of childhood, thus preventing and treating preschool obesity are particularly important.
