Purpose: The purpose of this study was conducted to find out the case study about the All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) library, New Delhi (India). This case study reveals the library activities, services, collection, ICT usages, infrastructures and management of the library for the benefit of user community. Methodology: For the required information a set of questionnaire was prepared for the present study and it was distributed to the library professionals of AIIMS library only.
