Adult children traveling with their parents is gaining increasing popularity. As adult children and parents grown up in different social environment, they have formed dissimilar beliefs and core values, which may cause decision-making disagreements when traveling together. However, there has been little research to understand how adult children handle the disagreement with their parents in family trip. Based on this, the current study aims to resolve this question. Moreover, given adult children usually show great filial piety to their parents, and have developed more power in family decision-making.
