For more than six decades, the transatlantic alliance has provided security and prosperity to the people of Europe and the United States. The United States and European Union’s shared commitment to the most fundamental freedoms of mankind have contributed to the advancement of human rights, diplomacy, science, technology, and ultimately world peace and stability.
