The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Emotional Intelligence (EI) on employee’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Gondar Brunch. The study was used more of quantitative research approach and Explanatory research design. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire adopted from prior literatures. Questionnaire was distributed to 400 employees working in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia selected by using census method. The questionnaire was measured by using five-point Likert scale and the data was analyzed by using SPSS with its extended version of AMOS software.
