Knowledge sharing (KS) is classified as the exchange of beliefs among individuals. Knowledge is seen as a critical asset of an organisation that can be useful in enhancing the efficiency of its operational processes. Based on previous studies, a model was developed to suggest a relationship between knowledge sharing and four of the individual determinants, namely, image, self-worth, self-efficacy and extrinsic motivation. A total of 105 questionnaires were used to collect data from senior high-school teachers in the new Juaben Municipality, Ghana. Partial least square (PLS) was utilised to analyse the data.
