One of the significant changes is the trend for food firms to move to modern facilities that are planned for efficient operating methods. However, many firms are unable or unwilling to make such a move. This situation now faces some of the firms in Salt Lake City. Leading members of the food industry in Salt Lake City realized that to operate efficiently, many of these firms should relocate.
