Decálogo de Princípios Bioéticos para Harmonizar a Coexistência em uma comunidade educacional

The objective of this article is to describe the process developed with the community of Aquileo Parra public scholl, which led to the elaboration of a decalogue of bioethical principles to harmonize the relations in the community. It began exploring the aspects that most affected to this community. Then a training on bioethics was conducted and; later, the inputs of all statements were systematized for the realization of this document. The investigation was divided in two parts: first, it develops a contextualization of the school immersed in a conflict and uneven social enviroment. Similarly, the principalista iosethics and its four principals are also referenced. It is also mentioned the approach of the principle of responsibility and the method deliberative in bioethics. In the second part of this article, it describes the instruments and their implementation. In the end, results and conclusions are presented. It is noteworthy that the greatest difficulty found was the understanding of the concept of distributive justice. Secondly, was the interpretation of the principle of non-maleficence and its causes. When acting against the will of the people, wheter for their own good, they are being violated. Thirdly, compared to the coexistence in this article, it was clarified that there must be a reconciliation in this social conglomerate, which includes people, the natural environment and the physical facilities. All of this to achieve harmonization of human and environmental relations, projecting its use and care for the generations yet to come. Finally, the role of the bioethicist as mediator and the acceptance that had in this community is highlighted.O objetivo deste artigo é descrever o processo desenvolvido com o distrito faculdade comunitária Aquileo Parra, o que levou ao desenvolvimento de um decálogo de princípios bioéticos para harmonizar a convivência. Ele começou a explorar os aspectos que afetam esta comunidade, em seguida, uma bioética treinamento realizado e, mais tarde, as contribuições de todos os setores para a realização deste documento sistematizado. A investigação foi dividida em duas partes: primeiro, é elaborada uma contextualização da escola imersa em um ambiente social conflitante e desigual. Da mesma forma, a bioética principialista e seus quatro princípios são referenciados. Ao qual se adiciona a abordagem do princípio da responsabilidade e o método deliberativo em bioética. Na segunda parte, os instrumentos e sua aplicação são descritos e, ao final, os resultados e conclusões são apresentados. Ressalta-se que a maior dificuldade encontrada foi a compreensão do conceito de justiça distributiva. A segunda foi a interpretação do princípio da não-maleficência e por que, ao agir contra a vontade do povo, mesmo para seu próprio bem, estão sendo violados. Em terceiro lugar, contra a coabitação, ficou claro que deve haver reconciliação nesta conglomerado social, incluindo as pessoas, o ambiente natural e as instalações físicas, a fim de harmonizar as relações humanas e ambientais, projetando seu uso e cuidados para gerações ainda por vir. Por fim, destaca-se o papel do bioeticista como mediador e a aceitação que ele teve nessa comunidade
