Sistem oil cooler selama proses kerja turbin sangat penting. Oil cooler ini menggunakan heat exchanger atau alat penukar panas. Salah satu tipe heat exchanger yang memiliki performa tinggi yaitu plate heat exchanger (PHE) tipe chevron. Performa PHE dalam pendinginan oli sangat mempengaruhi performa dari sistem pelumasan yang akan berdampak pula pada performa turbin gas. Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi performa PHE yaitu dalam aspek desain.
