We propose a new stability analysis technique for a family of time-varying systems with delay. Under simple conditions, we prove exponential stability. The key ingredients in our proof are operators with integral terms, the notion of positive systems, and linear time-varying Lyapunov functionals. We illustrate our work using a chain of integrators
