Mobile communication, as its name says, is intended primarily for human to human communication e.g. telephony, SMS, IM, etc. but could be used as a direct active tool in the development of the society. In developing countries, especially in rural areas, where there is still very limited or non- existent administration infrastructure mobile communication could play a more important role.
