An application has been developed in order to analyze data results from experiments revolving adsorption and diffusion of hydrogen in X70 and Fe 3wt.% Si steel. The experiment was performed under cathodic charging conditions at varying temperatures from 30 degrees to 75 degrees, in custom made equipment designed according to the ASTM standard [1]. The principle of the equipment was based on the article written by Devanathan and Stachurski [2] where a permeation technique is described. Hydrogen is produced electrochemically in one cell, before it diffuses through the specimen and is detected in the other cell.
