Abstract Communication is essential for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Vehicular network have envisioned various applications that greatly improve traffic safety and efficiency along the roads and highways. Vehicular networks could use both short-range (e.g. Wi-Fi, DSCR) and long-range (e.g. 2G, 3G, 4G) communication technologies for sharing and distributing information among vehicles.
