TINJAUAN KUALITAS AIR PAMDES TUNGGULARUM DI DESA WONOKERTO KECAMATAN TURI KABUPATEN SLEMAN TAHUN 2021

ABSTRACT Water is the main means of improving public health. A spring is a water source that rises itself to the surface of the ground. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of water both at the source, reservoir and channel of the residents' houses. This type of research is descriptive. The results of the physical quality of the water showed colorless, odorless, and tasteless, the turbidity had met the requirements, and had a temperature of 25oC. The bacteriological quality of thewater source Coliform > 1600 MPN / 100 ml and E. coli sample 1 of 120 MPN / 100 ml, sample 2 of 920 MPN / 100 ml, sample 3 of 170 MPN / 100 ml, in the sample 1 Coliform 110MPN / 100 ml E. coli 13 MPN / 100 ml, sample 2 Coliform > 1600 MPN / 100 ml and E. coli 9 MPN / 100 ml, and sample 3 Colifom 930 MPN / 100 ml E. coli 11 MPN / 100 ml, as well as in the house channel sample 1 Coliform 920 MPN / 100 ml E. coli 5 MPN / 100 ml, sample 2 Coliform>1600 MPN / 100 ml E. coli 11 MPN / 100 ml, sample 3 Coliform 540 MPN / 100 ml E. coli 9 MPN / 100 ml. It can be concluded that water quality in Tunggularum Wonokerto Turi Sleman for physical and chemical quality has met the requirements and does not meet the requirements for bacteriological quality according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2017 concerning Environmental Health Quality Standards and Water Health Requirements for Sanitation Hygiene Purposes, Ponds Swimming, Solus Per Aqua, and Public Baths. People are urged to maintain cleanliness of springs, improve proper water protection and for the Turi Puskesmas officers to increase supervision. Keywords: Water, Water Quality, Water Source
