A double-blind, randomised controlled trial of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for healing chronic venous leg ulcers

Aims: This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) as an adjunct treatment for patients with non-responsive venous leg ulcers on healing, pain, and quality of life.Methods Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in three HBOT units.
