Land Disputes, hereinafter referred to as Disputes, are land disputes between individuals, legal entities, or institutions that do not have a broad impact. Land dispute cases can occur due to many factors. Among them are the common factors of the perpetrators of buying and selling land against the law, especially in the land sector that applies in Indonesia. Then the existence of a land certification system in Indonesia is only a formality. Thus, the land dispute court system is costly and time consuming. However, land dispute cases do not always have to end in court, there are several ways that can be done.
