Judges are always faced with concrete events where the judge must provide a way out or provide a rationally acceptable consideration in a decision that has binding power as law and becomes a source of law or called jurisprudence. The estuary of a judicial process is the decision of the facts that the judge excavated during the trial in order to bring up a legal fact that can be drawn conclusions to obtain solutions to the problems/cases presented to him. The verdict produced by the judge is certainly expected to provide a sense of justice both to the litigants and to society in general. To achieve justice, a decision in the field of civil law must contain 3 (three) criteria, namely Formal Justice of Decisions, Material Justice of Decisions and Ethical Justice of Decisions.
