2021 Celebration of Student Research and Creativity presentation"Emotional exhaustion, burnout, and job satisfaction have been studied extensively among child welfare workers and other human services professionals. But there is a dearth of information when it comes to forensic interviewers (FI). It is critical that we identify the reasons why some Forensic interviewers decide to exit the field. The proposed research will try to explore the effect of emotional exhaustion, role ambiguity and external and internal support have on forensic interviewers at an agency in Kentucky, how they have tried to cope, and how that has affected retention."https://youtu.be/2ZaqVYfSBH
