2020 Celebration of Student Research and Creativity presentationCollege students experience a substantial amount of stress and many students find it hard to cope with this stress. Self-care practices are self-initiated behaviors that promote well-being and good health. Self-care can be difficult to practice, as it looks different for everyone. Student need to find what works best for them. The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a correlation between the amount of self-care practiced and stress reduction. The results of this study are intended to determine the amount of self-care students practice at Northern Kentucky University and if these actions result in stress reduction.https://youtu.be/L3kRimgBq4
