This research is motivated by the existence of Sharia Pegadaian in Pekanbaru which has launched a new product, namely Amanah product, which has not been able to fully influence customer interest in Amanah products at PT Pegadaian Syariah. This study aims to determine how customers are interested in Amanah products at Pegadaian Syariah and what are the factors that influence customer interest in Amanah products at Pegadaian Syariah.
