ANALISIS KINERJA SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA TERHADAP PENATAAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (PKL) DI KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit against the Arrangement of Street Vendors (PKL) in Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were 15 civil service officers. This research was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit Office. Based on the results of the study, it is known that procedurally the Satpol PP performance of Kuantan Singingi Regency is in accordance with the work procedures of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Regulation Number 4 of 2016 concerning the Civil Service Police Unit, Fire and Rescue and has a positive influence on the arrangement of street vendors in the Regency. Kuantan Singi, where the civil service police unit is the front guard in helping the head of the Kuantan Singi area to realize the policy made in placing every street vendor to sell in the space provided so that a city can be created and organized
