ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD) BIDANG SEKTOR PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR DI DESA TITIAN MODANG KOPAH KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

This research was conducted in the village of Titian Modang Kopah, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the field of development in the village of Titian Modang Kopah, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to manage Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the field of development implementation in Titian Modang Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This research was conducted using documentation techniques and interviews with parties involved in managing ADD. The results showed that the management of the Village Fund Budget allocation in the field of development implementation in Titian Modang Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019 was carried out as well as possible, only in terms of governance planning the Titian Modang Kopah Village could not identify what the community needed. in the Village Fund Allocation planning, but in terms of implementation and monitoring / evaluation of Village Fund Budget allocation (ADD) in the field of development in Titian Modang Kopah Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019 has been implemented well
