LOS PROFESIONALES DE LA MEDICINA Y SU COMPORTAMIENTO PUNIBLE

The author in this paper presents a brief overview of the types of behaviors that entail criminal responsibility, since she warns that any medical action according to the lex artis is not a reason for responsibility, and thus distinguishes between deliberate actions that damage or put endangered the life and personal integrity of the patient, regarding frequent cases of reckless behavior.La autora en este trabajo presenta un panorama breve sobre los tipos de conductas que conlleva una responsabilidad penal, pues advierte que  toda actuación médica conforme a la lex artis,  no es motivo de responsabilidad, y con ello distingue entre las actuaciones deliberadas  que dañan o ponen en peligro la vida y la integridad personal del paciente, respecto de los frecuentes casos de conducta imprudentes
