During September 2014, preferences (in situ) shell type specimens, of hermit crabs in Punta Pajarito, Managed Resources Wetland Area Gulf of Montijo (Veraguas) and El Retén beach, Parita bay (Herrera) panamanian Pacific were analyzed.
