For this investigation, it was analyzed the relationship between the management of human capital through the development of soft skills for the improvement of staff performance and the achievement of organizational objectives, with an epistemological stance based on hermeneutical phenomenology, a methodological process which revolved around the analytical-synthetic method, and a qualitative, non-experimental descriptive-explanatory design.
