The objective of this article is to understand how students participate in the different scenarios of political and democratic construction of school government; essentially, the participatory action of students in the student council, student ombudsman and student comptroller. For this inquiry exercise, a literature review was carried out, as elements of conceptualization of the background and a qualitative research was implemented, starting with non-participant observation in the different scenarios of participation provided by the current regulations.
