This article presents the main findings of a study that measured the level of knowledge and use of Technology, Communication, and Information (ICT) in a group of students and teachers of Graduate Teaching Higher Regional University Center of Azuero (CRUA) as a support tool in the process of formation. The methodo-logy used was based on a nonprobability sampling, which putting surveys a group of 36 students and another group of 10 teachers who teach in this specialty. It was found that in half, both students and teachers, the quality of their ICT skills is good to very good; however, it is notable that both segments have significant weaknesses in knowledge and use of programs applications and technological means.
