LA TERAPIA COGNITIVA CONDUCTUAL EN EL ABORDAJE DE ADOLESCENTES VÍCTIMAS DE VIOLENCIA INTRAFAMILIAR

Violence that originates in the family can take various forms; Statistics report the prevalence of men as aggressors of the integrity of women and children, in which adolescents are differentiated, who may suffer or witness psychological, physical or sexual violence, causing various conditions that limit development and decrease quality of life at a general level and in particular studies report that violence in adolescence produces behavioral problems. Therefore, the objective of the research is to know the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy in the approach of adolescent victims of intrafamily violence. To fulfill the objective of the study, qualitative research was used through the method of bibliographic review of international studies that were developed around the study topic. The results found studies that report that the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) decreased considerably in the intervention with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As it is concluded, the effectiveness of the intervention as a treatment for adolescent victims of any type of violence.La violencia que se origina en el ámbito familiar puede adoptar diversas formas; las estadísticas reportan la prevalencia de varones como agresores de la integridad de mujeres e hijos, en los que se diferencian a adolescentes, quienes pueden sufrir o presenciar violencia psicológica, física o sexual, ocasionando diversas afecciones que limitan el desarrollo y disminuye la calidad de vida a nivel general y en particular estudios refieren que la violencia en la adolescencia producen problemas conductuales. En tal virtud, el objetivo de la investigación versa en conocer la eficacia de la terapia cognitiva conductual en el abordaje de adolescentes víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar. Para el cumplimiento del objetivo de estudio, se recurrió a la investigación cualitativa mediante el método de revisión bibliográfica de estudios internacionales que se desarrollaron en torno al tema de estudio. Los resultados encontraron estudios  que reportan que los síntomas de Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático (TEPT) disminuyeron considerablemente en la intervención con Terapia Cognitivo Conductual (TCC). Por cuanto se concluye, la eficacia de la intervención como tratamiento de adolescentes víctimas de cualquier tipo de violencia
