PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN RSUD Dr. MOEWARDI

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and work discipline on employee performance RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected leadership, work environment and work discipline have an effect on signifikan to employee performance RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta either partially of simultaneously. Data needed in this research is primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis technique used in this research use multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The result of data analysis in this research can be concluded that leadership, work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta either partially or simultaneously
