Kanakbindvarishta is a self generated alcoholic preparation of Ayurveda. It is described in Charak Samhita in the context of Kushta Roga (skin disorders). Khadir (Acacia catechu) is a main ingredient in this formulation. It is used in condition like Kushta (mainly used in Kaphaja Kushta), Asthma, Cough, Fistula and Diabetes.
