Introduction: One of the baffling problems of mankind since time immemorial is the skin disease. Shvitra (Vitiligo) may become; a psychologically devastating disorder when it typically occurs in exposed areas. Aim: To evaluate and compare the efficacy of the Vamana and Virechana Karma in the management of the Shvitra (Vitiligo). Materials and Method: In this study total 92 patients of Shvitra were registered at Panchakarma dept. of I.P.G.T. & R.A. Hospital, Jamnagar.
