Upaya Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia di Pasraman Gurukula Bangli

Pasraman Gurukula is a Hindu educational institution that is engaged in free education for children who are economically disadvantaged, as well as neglected or neglected children. The education process in Pasraman Gurukula emphasizes a simple lifestyle with an intelligent mindset. This is very suitable for facing the era of society 5.0. With the philosophy, gurukula is able to overcome the gap between rich and poor people, in addition to reducing discrimination caused by differences in ethnicity, religion, and socio-economic status. This study aims to examine and analyze how the efforts made by Pasraman Gurukula Bangli as a Hindu educational institution are related to the empowerment of human re-sources in Pasraman Gurukula.
