Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Pemberian Insentif Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pada Karyawan PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Bagian Enginering Maintainance

In the era of Asean economic community, the company requires its workforce to increase the skills and ability to work in order to value the company continues to increase productivity and to compete with other companies in the produce. The phenomenon in modern era in the operations can not be separated from the problem of labor productivity, one of which is because of the discipline of work and employment incentives factor. The aim of this study to know the effect of work discipline and grant incentives to work productivity of employees. The population in this study were employees of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper engineering section maintainance with a sample of 60 participant in this section. The sampling technique in this study has been used simple random sampling technique. The analysis statistic has been used to work discipline, grant incentive and work productivity by multiple regression, correlation and additional analysis are descriptive, normality, linearity and multikolinearity, through the help of a data processing program SPSS version 17.0 for Windows. The result shown that there is a significant effect of work discipline and grant incentives to work productivity (R= 0.548, p = 0.000). Work discipline and grant incentives contributed to work productivity shown 30 percent, and 70 percent import from other factors such as; leadership, work comitment and family condition.
