Isbat Nikah Sirri is a process of determining marriages conducted in the Religious Courts by two married couple, where previously a marriage had been conducted but was not recorded in th Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). The purposeof isbat nikah sirri is to abtain a marriage certificate so that the sirri marriage has the proof and certainty and strength of the law. This Study revealed a problem, that is: (1) How the implementation of Isbat Nikah Sirri in the Religious Court Pasir Pengaraian, (2) Why was the Isbat Nikah Sirri in the Religious Court Pasir Pengaraian widely granted, (3) How the Judge views the Isbat Nikah Sirri in the Religious Court Pasir Pengaraian.
