This study focused on the plantation owned by PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sei Kuko Kuantan Singingi, because they are many plants were damaged due to the existence of the Gold Mining Without Permission, then in addition to damaging the plantation owned by PT. Duta Palma Nusantara, environmental conditions also worsened by the presence of the Gold Mining Without Permission. The gap between the rules of the implementation of the field against Gold Mining Activities Unauthorized (illegal) in Kuantan Singingi Based on Law No. 32 of 2009 on the Protection and Management of the Environment so that it causes environmental damage around the particular location to be a place Gold Mining Without Permission conducted by the local community and the Company.
