February 4th, the Sustainability Programs conducted a Waste Audit to find out how much recyclable materials were being thrown away, rather than being recycled. We found paper products, aluminum cans, and plastic water bottles in our trash cans. In total we found that 11.5% of our trash was recyclable! If you don’t know what to recycle around campus feel free to pick up one of our recycling cards. Please sort responsibility, when in doubt, throw it out
