This study investigated lecturers’ use of multimedia resources for knowledge transfer at Adeleke University. A descriptive survey design was employed. The study was conducted among the 84 full-time academic staff using census techniques. A self-developed was used to collect data from 84 lecturers out of which 80 questionnaires were adequately completed and retrieved for analysis making a 95.2% response rate. Data analysis involves the use of descriptive and inferential statistics such as frequency counts and percentage distribution, mean and standard deviation as well as student t-test and multiple regression analysis.
