Job satisfaction is an indispensable factor for the success of every organization. It is a general concern to both employers and employees in organizations including universities libraries in Nigeria. Lack of job satisfaction could lead to poor service delivery in university libraries. Therefore, this study investigated job satisfaction among library personnel in public universities in South-West, Nigeria. The study was based on Herzberg two-factor theory. The dimensions of job satisfaction that the study covered included salary, job security, supervision, relationship with co-workers, promotion and work itself.
