Objectives: Burnout is a feasible phenomenon among healthcare professionals, including nurses. The consequence is reduction in their overall efficiency and therefore can affect the quality of care they render to patients. The study examined the influence of burnout experience on nurses – reported quality of nursing care in Tertiary hospitals in Osun state.Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional design was used to study 230 randomly selected nurses working in admission facilities of tertiary hospitals in Osun state.
